Carpenedolo (BS) – In a small corner of the province of Brescia, there is a laboratory where artisanal excellence meets continuous innovation: it is the Pasticceria Carpenedolese, led by Massimo and Romina. A point of reference for those who love leavened products, carefully prepared single portions, and anniversary cakes that speak of passion.
At the heart of this ever-evolving reality, a clear need arose: to optimize space and processes related to chilling and conservation. The desire was to have a modular room, capable of managing a compartment dedicated to temperature chilling and three dedicated to negative conservation, all in a single compact and high-performance system.
A request that was anything but simple. But for Sitep, a specialist in custom food refrigeration, it was a challenge perfectly in line with its philosophy: listening, tailor-made design and rapid implementation.
Thanks to the integration of its internal skills – hardware and software designed in-house – Sitep has delivered a multifunctional modular room, perfectly calibrated to the real needs of the artisan laboratory.
