ESP Cold-storage rooms
SITEP cold-storage rooms are designed to ensure optimal maintenance of bakery and pastry products, both fresh and frozen, preserving their organoleptic qualities, food safety and shelf-life.
Available in a positive version (+1°C / +10°C) for the storage of fresh products, or in a negative version (–10°C / –25°C) for the storage of frozen and deep-frozen products, they ensure stable and controlled climatic conditions, ideal for every production need.
Thanks to the uniform distribution of air and constant control of the internal temperature, SITEP cold-storage rooms avoid the formation of condensation and guarantee an efficient storage environment, helping to reduce waste and improve the organization of production flows.
