ESP Inox Floor-standing accumulation water chillers
SITEP floor-standing accumulation water chillers are designed to ensure rapid, constant and hygienic cooling of the water used to prepare dough. Equipped with a plasticized stainless steel structure and a high-performance internal coil, they represent a robust and high-performance solution for artisanal and industrial laboratories.
Thanks to the ability to keep water refrigerated up to +1°C, even in environments with high temperatures (up to +45°C), they ensure precision in bread-making processes and better temperature management during the kneading phase.
