Whistleblowing
SITEP promotes a culture based on integrity and transparency. In accordance with Legislative Decree 24/2023, we provide secure channels for reporting violations.
What's the Whistleblowing?
Whistleblowing is the tool that allows employees, collaborators, suppliers, and other stakeholders to report, confidentially and safely, behaviours, acts, or omissions that harm the public interest or the integrity of SITEP.
Who can report?
Employees and collaborators
Self-employed workers, freelancers and consultants
• Volunteers and trainees (including unpaid)
• Shareholders and persons with management functions
What to report?
• Illicit conduct (Legislative Decree 231/2001)
• Breaches of the Code of Ethics or Legislative Decree 231
• Breaches of EU regulations (procurement, money laundering, privacy, etc.)
• Acts that prejudice the financial interests of the EU
How to report?
Paper mail
Send a registered letter to the Whistleblowing Officer:

Use the “three closed envelopes” system to guarantee maximum confidentiality (see Information Notice).
Oral Report
You can make a telephone report to the dedicated number:

The number is not registered. A report will be drawn up by the Manager.
Face-to-face meeting
It is possible to request a confidential meeting with the Whistleblowing Officer by contacting the number indicated above.
The meeting will be scheduled within 15 days of the request at a suitable location to guarantee privacy.
ANAC Channel
External reporting can be made through the National Anti-Corruption Authority (ANAC) only in specific cases (e.g. if the internal channel is not active, has not been followed up, or reprisals are feared).
Whistleblower Protection
We guarantee the utmost confidentiality of the whistleblower's identity, the person concerned, and the content of the report. Any form of retaliation or discrimination against those who report in good faith is strictly prohibited.
